Fear of Flying

“I have always been very nervous about flying, so much so that my holidays have been spoiled because of my anxiety.

After visiting New York in 1996, I vowed never to fly again. However, a very good friend of mine lives in St Petersburg, and I eventually felt that I must overcome my fear and visit her.

Shortly after booking the flight, I saw your advertisement for TFT and decided to give it a try.

I must say that I was rather skeptical, as I have tried hypnosis in the past without much success.

However, a few weeks after your course of treatment I went to St Petersburg, and although I was apprehensive at first, I soon settled down and actually started to enjoy the experience.

I still don’t understand how TFT works, but it certainly helped me a lot. In fact, I have already booked my next holiday in Italy!”
